Hi MS Community,
I decided to restore my computer back to factory setting and erase all data, I upgraded all MS Software then upgraded to Windows 10.
I reinstalled my MS Office 2013 Pro Plus but when entering the Key it would not let me type a Z, A and S but all other Letters and numbers worked. I restarted the computer and I was thinking about uninstalling and reinstalling again. Does anybody know why this is happening and what I can do.

Hi,
Please check if these letters can be typed in other programs, like Word, Notepad.
This issue may occur if the product key doesn't matter the product, make sure you are trying to activate the corresponding product and version.
I've seen that someone says some letters are not used in Office product keys, but there is not an official statement for Office 2013.
As this issue is realted to the product key, I suggest you contact the local customer service for further assistance:
