Question

Hi forum!

When I turn off my computer with Windows 10 Pro Creators Update installed from scratch I always see an event on event viewer like this:

"DCOM error 1115 while starting service tiledatamodelsvc with argument "Not available"  to execute server: {B31118B2-1F49-48E5-B6F5-BC21CAEC56FB}"

How can I fix this?

Thank you in advance!

Hi Jovaljim,

Please restart the "Title Data and server" service from the "services" (run "services.msc")control panel manually.

Open an administrator command line and run "sfc /scannow" to check the health of system files.
Check the symptom in a clean boot environment.

If the issue persists, please export the errors in Event Viewer, upload them to OneDrive and paste the link here.

Hi MeipoXu

Thank you for your help.

After start in clean boot and turn back to normal boot the problem is gone without doing anything.

sfc /scannow result was ok and starting in clean boot the event is not present. Now, reverting back to normal boot, the event is not present too.

Regards.

Hi Jovaljim,

If the issue is gone in clean boot, it is caused by a third party service. We could try "dichotomy" to capture the culprit.

Best regards
