Question
Saturday, February 1, 2020 4:09 AM
Every once in awhile I will stop at businesses and see, either in the left or lower right hand corner of company computer desktops, companies names, there address, phone number, email address, etc., displayed. I just recently started a new company and would like to use the same identifier on my company computers. Is it possible to walk step by step to accomplish this task. If so that would be great.

Hi,
I've just download, copy unzipped files with the folder, and tested "Screen Watermark".
It is a primitive software that can show a PNG file (picture.png) on the Desktop.
We can change its location (x-point, y-point) and the PNG file as we like.
Please try download and unzip the folder "ScreenWatermark".
You will see some filed in it.
config.xml -- image location
picture.png -- watermark
For further details, read "README.txt".
[note] A watermark appears when "ScreenWatermark.exe" is executed.
I recommend to launch it when Window starts.
(it can be automated)

Hi,
Based on my search, You could try Rainmeter.
Note: This is a third-party link and we do not have any guarantees on this website. And Microsoft does not make any guarantees about the content.
Customize an existing skin that includes all the information that you want to show on desktop.
Set it as Position Stay topmost. It means that it will be always on top even over user windows.
Hope above information can help you.

I don't know why the Microsoft staff not mentioned the meanwhile Microsoft Tool. I always use BGinfo from SysInternals: /en-us/sysinternals/downloads/bginfo
Easy, smart, stable and highly customizable.
Viele Grüße / Kind regards
