send whatsapp message from from .net core application

Hi All

           In my asp.net core web application i want to send Whatsapp message to user. Please let me know what are the step i need to take to complete this. I downloaded files from this url https://github.com/mgp25/WART. But in my case downloading   only Old folder. In this folder we can see many exe file. I opend many of them and tried with my number and clicked on request code button. but i am getting below message

"Provided number does not match any known patterns for China" Whats the meaning of this? pls let me know is there any other way to send messge whatsapp message from application

According to the WhatsApp documentation you need a business account.
