backup error. code 0x80070544

last I try to make a backup with Windows Backup on my PC and also on my Surface. When I selected the network, as an extern drive, and give the right username and password, it gives me the following message (see photo)

It says "Cannot enter this network" error code 0x80070544.

What is it and what can I do about it to make a backup to a external drive?

After this I got a new error. But I solved this problem myself.

I changed the authorization to Full Managment, so now the backup is running.
