Hi,
If you disable a room mailbox it will delete that mailbox and therefore it won't show in the available rooms.
If you don't want to do delete the mailbox but just remove it from the list you can hide the mailbox from the global address list

Your problem is not so clear, are you trying to remove unwanted rooms from your existing room list ?
What do you mean by adding rooms to conference room ?

Hi Nesta,
When you create a room mailbox it will populate in GAL.
If you want to remove a unwanted room from room list you have to disable this room or remove it.
Hope it helps.
