hi,

i get this error on servers Cas Hub

The Microsoft Exchange Mailbox Replication service was unable to process jobs in a mailbox database.
Database: "bd-test"
Error: Couldn't find system mailbox 'SystemMailbox{ca91aec5-b8cd-4370-9e8f-4df3a019dd80}' in Active Directory.

i see in container Microsoft Exchange System Objects this systemmailbox

Is its mailbox present?  Perhaps you need to recreate it.

my mailboxes are present, I only have problems with some databases

Hi,

How do you get this error message?

Have you tried to restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store service or your server?

Whether those databases are mounted?

the databases are mounted, and try to restart the service Information Store.

this error appears in servers Cas Hub, I have verified that the system mailboxes exist in the folder Microsoft Exchange System Objects.

Hi,

You can use the command below to update state for this database:

Update-StoreMailboxState -Database MDB01 -Identity 4a830e3f-fd07-4629-baa1-8bce16b86d88

If this command doesn't work, I think you should do a migration for this database.
