Download speed in a VM is usually much greater than that, but there are a number of factors that influence it. We will need more data to help:
- What size VM are you using
- Where is your VM located
- Where are you trying to download from

The size of VM is B2S
It is located in East US
We do not download, but there is a desktop app which is handling financial trading signals. Getting signals are slow, because of low internet speed. But in high internet speed computer, the signals are getting very faster comparing to this <g class="gr_ gr_400 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="400" id="400">azure</g> virtual machine.
Any suggestion to increase the internet speed of <g class="gr_ gr_455 gr-alert gr_spell gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" data-gr-id="455" id="455">azure</g> virtual <g class="gr_ gr_469 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_inline_cards gr_run_anim Style multiReplace" data-gr-id="469" id="469">machine ?</g>

You're using a B series VM, which is burstable. This VM size offers no guarantees regarding network throughput or bandwidth.
I would recommend changing your VM size to the D or E series and testing again.
