Hello, I enabled BitLocker, and to back up my recovery key, I chose "save to your cloud domain account." However, when I log into my Microsoft account online, there are no recovery keys saved! What could the problem be?

Apologies for my late reply! I solved the problem. Initially, following your directions, I didn't see any recovery key for my device. But it led me to realize that I was connected to my school account, which is not at all what I want--I must have done that by accident. I simply removed access, re-saved my BitLocker key to my account, and it was successful.

Yeah, current situation is normal. Don't worry.
When you choose Save to your cloud domain account option, recovery key will not be saved in Microsoft account, but saved in Azure Active Directory.
You could use the following steps to get it:
1.Visit https://manage.windowsazure.com with your credentials and select your Active Directory Name
2. Active Directory, select your directory
3. Users Tab>Select your user. Select "Devices" tab. Select the device and click "View Details"
4. Check the BitLocker key ID, the recovery key and the drive type.
