Hello,
To troubleshoot this issue, we will need to collect a memory dump to locate the root cause.
Unfortunately, debugging is beyond what we can do in the TechNet Forum.
A support call to our product service team is needed for the debugging service.
I'd like to recommend that you contact Microsoft Customer Support Service (CSS) for further investigation.
For more information on available CSS services, please click here:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;EN-US;OfferProPhone#faq607.
Having said the above, the following are some basic information for your reference.
As MMC related crash issues might be related to incompatible application DLLs attached to the mmc.exe process, you could use processes explorer tool to check what DLL files are attached to mmc.exe, and uninstall them one by one.
The following article provides an introduction of processes explorer.
http://technet.microsoft.com/zh-cn/sysinternals/bb896653(en-us).aspx
You can download Processes explorer from this link:
http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/ProcessExplorer.zip
Please also try to perform a clean boot and check whether this issue is caused by the third-party services.
To perform a clean boot on Windows Server 2008, please do as follows:
1. Click Start->Run...->type msconfig and press Enter
2. Click Services tab and select Hide All Microsoft Services and Disable All third party Services.
3. Click Startup tab and Disable All startup items
4. Click OK and choose Restart
5. After reboot, check whether the problem still occurs
I hope this helps.
