Hi,
We have single domain forest active directory. In hub location we have one adc and 4 adc's on the other regional office. In Site & srevices, I have created 4 sites for 4 regional ADC and move the server move the servers accordingly. Now in sites & service two regional ADC's is not creating 'Autometically Generated' connections with root DC in HO.
Is there any way to create aautometically generated connections with my root DC.

Hi Raju,
In AD site console, please click "Inter-Site Transports" -->"DEFAULTIPSITELINK" -->Properties, check all sites in the site link list. You also could add new site link to optimize your site replication.

Hi,
yes I have run force replication but didn't create autometically generated connection with HO root dc. but the replication was successfull.

In addition, please check to make sure the firewalls between locations have no restrictions, as well as the correct IP subnets for each AD Site and their associated locations have been created properly and associated wtih the correct Site Name.
Follow Rick's advise to make sure the site links are optimized, too.
After that, they should automatically be created. If not, you can manually create them, allow replication to occur, then delete the manually created ones, then re-run the command Meinolf suggesed, or simply right-click NTDS, choose "Check replication" which will invoke the KCC.
