Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts

Hi,

When I tried to add in mySQL server database. I'm getting the error pops up below. 

I was able to test out the connection from the website and it connected. Any reason why I cannot from Visual Studio to iPage mySQL host?

What does the error say?

The error is: "Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts" See screenshot below.

I have deleted server/username/password from screenshot.  I'm using iPage for mySQL host server.

Login was successful from Web PHP verification.
