Outlook 2013 New E-mail cannot click on Follow Up

Dear All,

Please Help, now All NEW laptop come with Outlook 2013 and now all my user having problem with the outlook 2013. When they try to send New E-mail and they can't select the follow up (New E-mail>Message>Tags>Follow Up).

Hi,

Do you mean the Follow Up button grayed out when composing new email? Can you use Follow Up button to flag items in Inbox folders?

Which type of account are you using? Can you reproduce this issue in Outlook safe mode? (outlook.exe /safe)

Follow Up function is dependent on the Sent Mail folder. If you disable the Save forwarded messages and Save copies of messages in the Sent Items folder options then the "Follow Up" will be grayed out. Please click on FILE tab, and go to Options > Mail, scroll down until you see the “Save messages” section. Check if you have ticked the two options.

Also, we can try to run a repair of your Office installation to check the result.
