Question
Sunday, February 5, 2017 1:34 PM
Hi
We traditionally have had our users book meeting rooms to a standard user account with an E3 license attached and it then goes into that users calendar. We have now started to implement meeting room resources to save the license. Can anyone tell me how to migrate all the existing calendar entries to the new resource
Thanks

Hi James,
You can perform In- Place Ediscovery search. Refer below article:-
- https://www.codetwo.com/admins-blog/how-to-export-office-365-mailboxes-to-pst-using-ediscovery/
In step-7 (If you only want calendar items, Select "Calendar" only and then export the results in .pst file and then import the file to the room mailbox
If you want toimport it from Powershell:-

Hi,

So you are using a personal/standard calendar to manage a meeting room.
In addition to what Akabe mentioned above, you can also use the Outlook built-in Import/Export option to export the calendar entries from this standard user account, and then import all of them into Office 365 Room Mailbox:
