When i try to connect, i see message ""Your offer to help could not be sent"
But i have all permissions and stay in group remote assistance.

Hi,
If you enable “Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Remote Assistance\Configure Offer Remote Assistance” to allow remote assistance, please make sure that “Helpers” parameter are correctly configured.
As it is configured via group, please using “gpupdate /force” to force group policy update, then, re-start system and check the result.
Also, please check Windows Firewall, make sure that rules name with Remote Assistance are all enabled and allowed. If there is 3rd party anti-virus/protection software on Windows 10, please disable them temporarily and check the result.
Best Regards,
Eve Wang
