No. There is no way to distinguish between licenses of ConfigMgr as all license keys for every organization are the same.
> "I have two licenses key for SCCM in my company"
Are you sure about that? As noted, everyone always uses the same license key for ConfigMgr, so you need to check the source of the key(s) that you have as one is probably not valid if they are different.
Also, ConfigMgr is licensed by managed client count; the number of sites and supporting infrastructure that you have doesn't matter ConfigMgr licensing wise, so the question is moot.

Sorry, I don't understand your question. There is only one license key and it's the same for everyone.

Sorry! I installed a serial key XXXX-XXXX-XXXXX-XXXX on SCCM2012.
Is any way to see this serial key?
Thanks in advance

I honestly don't know, but since there's only one possible valid serial key that's the same for everyone, why does it matter?

Because I need the serial key number! I thought that with a query I can get it
Thanks

Sorry, still not following. There is only one possible key. If you need it again, then you should open your volume licensing portal and get it from there.

If you want to know the product key that was used to install ConfigMgr then look at the log files. The key is typically the same in all installations as the license is based on clients.
However, if you want to find the license key then the below will help..
Look for the C:\ConfigMgrSetup.log file, in there you will have a line stating something like below:
INFO: ProductId : XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX-XXXXX
The log file will also verify the product key and a few lines later you will find a line stating "Installing Full Version" etc.
Unlike SCOM/SCSM there is no method or mechanism to retrieve the license key, you would have to go through the install to redefine the product key.
