Hi,
For HP you need to use:BIOSConfigUtility.exe
Example: http://t3chn1ck.wordpress.com/2012/05/19/hp-biosconfigutility-command-line-in-a-task-sequence/
For Dell: CCTK
Example:http://windowsmasher.wordpress.com/2012/04/08/sccm-task-sequence-pushing-dell-bios-settings/

No, it's part of the System Software Manager. A few questions
1) If im planning to change the BIOS password when running the Wipe & Load TS, I should have deployed this HP BIOS Config Utility first to all of my machines?
2) Then once deployed, Can I insert the run command line task and include below command line just to change the BIOS password?
biosconfigutility.exe /newsetuppassword:”password”
