Your Windows version is too old. Update to the latest version and retry. Your command output shows it: 10.0.10011. Mine is 10.0.15063

The old version does not understand the newest algorithms.

Hi,

It's quite unclear. Did you mean your previous Windows 10 was installed on D drive that encrypted with BitLocker?

If yes, why cannot you log in, incorrect BitLocker password or any other reasons?

Here I suggest you unlock it via your recovery key.

Besides that, check the correct repair-bde command syntax:

repair-bde

/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows-commands/repair-bde

The previous Windows 10 was installed on drive c: that was encrypted with bitlocker using a pen. I allways log in in the laptop with pin and never ask me for any password or bitlocker key. For some reason, (i think partition corrupt), the problem happens when i want to log in and no USER to enter appear in the screen. After reboot, ask me for the bitlocker key, and don´t let me put any pin or password or pen. Now i had to install new windows 10 and i have two partitions on my laptop. How can i activate the administrator user login on the first windows 10 (with bitlocker key) in the login screen?

Why did you install new Windows 10?

Like my previous reply, please boot into the first Windows 10 and use the recovery key to unlock it.

I install a new windows 10 in the second partition (free with bitlocker) for i can access the onedrive cloud with my data and restore it. The first partition is locked and ask me for a bitlocker but i only know the password and pin.

I am a little lost - I cannot understand what you are trying to do. Could you please rephrase (and not only repeat) what you are trying to achieve?

Every BitLocker will generate a recovery key.

Have you try the correct repair-bde syntax?

I encrypt the disk with bitlocker using a pen and now i don´t have bitlocker key and i can´t find it in this pen. to login in the win 10 i used pin and password administration, and i know the passwrod of the bitlocker but now the disk is damaged and locked and asking me for a bitlocker key and nothing for password or pin. i have this disk in the partition D of my 2 Win10 partitions installations
