Microsoft Intune support for multiple email accounts

Hi,

Can Intune support configuring multiple email accounts in a single device. We have a customer requirement to configure multiple email accounts in a single device, is this achievable?

You can't add multiple accounts of the same organization to the Outlook app when those users are managed via Microsoft Intune.

You can achieve configuring multiple email accounts automatically for iOS devices by using "Apple Configurator", where you create a profile with these email accounts and deploy to devices, this can also include the password. 

For Android devices I am not sure.

Hi Divya,

    Did you mean you want to configure multiple email accounts via Intune email profile or just manually configure multiple email accounts on the native/third-party email client?

     For the native email client, it is not possible to configure multiple corp accounts because the enrollment of each corp account is required before they can access the corp email (conditional access). 

    For the third-party email client (outlook for example) managed by Intune. You will be able to configure multiple corp/personal accounts manually. However, only when login with the corp account which matches the account enrolled that device, the MAM policy will take effect.
