Hyper Link Images is not showing in Outlook O365 Windows 10 only

Hi,

We have an email where the body of email has picture which is hyperlinked to Https:\somesite.net\image.png (intranet site)

While Open the email from sender the picture is not showing instead of showing as Red cross mark.

I use Outlook O365 version probelm on Win10 machine only. (clicked on Action view in browser works fine displaying images)

Where Win7 Outlook O365 works fine.

Tried below steps still no luck

Option 1:
IE11-->Internet Options-Advanced; look under Security for Do not save encrypted files to disk. Untick this setting

Option 2:
Click File.
Click Options.
Click Trust Center.
Under Microsoft Outlook Trust Center, click Trust Center Settings.
Uncheck the Don't download pictures automatically in HTML e-mail messages or RSS items check box.

Option 3:
Added the below registry too
Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Options\Mail
Value type: REG_DWORD
Value name; Send Pictures With Document
Value: 1

Option 4:
Internet Explorer IE11 -->
Tools-->Internet Option-->Multimedia
show Picutres(checked)

Hi,

Does the issue only happen with this certain email message?

Have you tried clearing the Outlook SecureTemp folder? By default, the path to the folder are stored in the following registry key:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\office\16.0\outlook\Security
String (REG_SZ): OutlookSecureTempFolder

Please also make sure that the SecureTemp folder is valid as per the following Microsoft KB article:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/help/2638687/pictures-cannot-be-displayed-and-are-shown-as-red-x-in-outlook

Hi Steve,

I could see the OutlookSecureTempFolder is in below regsitry path

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Security

where the Location mentioned as C:\Users\Username\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\Content.Outlook\W114091R\

able to access the Location and tried clearing those contents still same. 

Added the above registry too still same issue.

For all emails which has HyperLinked image. Wondered only on Win10 -Outlook O365 its not working.

Win7 -Outlook O365 its working fine.
