Is there any range of IP or an URL that I can use to white list the Windows Store on my firewall.
Normally if users need to download apps then win10 use micsoft.update service to download the apps.
If we allow micsoft.update then its create huge traffic on internet line and that's why we have blocked.
But when we blocked micsoft.update then users also can't download apps because apps is also using micsoft.update services.
Questions:
Is there any range of IP or an URL that I can use to white list the Windows Store/apps on my firewall?
Or is there any other way to solve this issue?

Similar case here. But doesn’t mentioned whitelist or Windows Store IP address
you may try to restrict Internet communication for Windows Update to test in GPO
Computer Configuration\Policies\Administrative Templates\System\Internet Communications Management
