Need to enable Telnet Server in Windows10 ENT Machine. Because there is application hosted in this box. Is there any way please help here.

Telnet Server is gone from Windows 10 and Windows Server 2012r2.
You can find an alternative Telnet Server on the web that will do the job fine. I would recommend using an ssh server and client if you can, this is far more secure but allows you to do the same thing.

Hi,
Microsoft depreciated Telnet Server in Windows Server 2012 R2, and subsequently in Windows 10.
Telnet is considered completely insecure these days, because it sends everything across the wire in plain text, so it was removed.
