I've been trying to update my Windows system for quite a few days now, It downloads and installs the update multiple times without any change actually happening to my computer with the message of - Feature update to Windows 10, version 1803 x64 2019-05C - Error 0x80d02013 . Due to this reason my Microsoft Store isn't working either. Help Appreciated

I recommend you to upgrade to latest version atm i.e. V1903 using ISO file and see if this resolves the issue:

Errors 0x80d02013 issues are caused by misconfigured system files.
Try to use Windows Update Assistant to upgrade. Open the link below and click Update now Option.

Hello ayankhan14110,
I think you might need to run your PC in the Safe Mode and try to install the updates while in the Safe Mode. Then reboot the PC in the Safe Mode again to make sure that the updates get installed. Then you can run the computer as usual.
