Downloading System.web.dll

I am unable to download system.web.dll file for windows phone Application,From where can I download it?

Hi Devendra ,
System.Web.dll file is included in the .net Framework , Microsoft  doesn't support separate download for this file .
However , there have two way to solve your problem :

1. Download the .NET Framework from Microsoft Download Center http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=17851)and install into your computer , and copy this dll file from the path :C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319
2. Copy this file from your firend's computer who has installed .NET Framework (the same path).

We do not suggest to download this file from the 3rd party web .
