System (Computer Name) and Name in Devices do not match after Change

O/S: Windows 10 Enterprise

Version:  1803 (Build 17134.48)

I recently changed the computer name, full computer name and computer description on an established computer.  While there were no errors in the change and the System shows the correct names, the device in Devices and Printers shows the old name.  Would anyone have an ideas on how to get this changed?

Is it a domain joined computer?

How did you change the computer name, full computer name and computer description? On client or server side?

If you have privilege to change the computer name and others on client side, you will force to reboot computer to take into effect. If not, try to reboot your computer manually. 

To fix the mismatch between the Devices And Printers name and the System name, please go into Devices and Printers and press "add a device" to search for more devices attached to the computer. It will update the Devices and Printers name with the new name you put in System.
