Hi,
I am using Windows 10 Enterprise 1511. We have discovered Microsoft Photos App is not Printing JPG, PNG files.
Upon observation the print job is not reaching the printer? I have checked see what's printing dialogue box.
If I print the same jpg, png via paint, word etc, the photo is printed.
Is this a known issue?
CAN SOMEONE HELP PLEASE?
Hifz Shaikh

Hi Hifz Shaikh,
When did this issue occur?
Have you made any modifications before this issue occurred?
We could refer to the Cyber_Defend_Team’s suggestion to install all available updates to hava a try.
In addition, we could try to re-register Microsoft Photos App to have a test.
First, run Windows PowerShell as Administrator, type Get-AppxPackage, press Enter.
From the output list, find the and remember the InstallLocation.
For example,( the InstallLocation on your side could be different)
Then, re-register Microsoft Photos App with the following command in the PowerShell with Administrator.
Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register " C:\ProgramFiles\WindowsApps\Microsoft.Windows.Photos_16.325.12390.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe \AppxManifest.xml"}
If the issue persists, for Windows Photo app, we have a specific support channel. They are more familiar with Windows Photo app, I believe they have more resource to help you.

Try run Windows Update and install all updates and restart your PC.
Check for updates of Photo App in Store.
Open Feedback App in start and report this issue.
