Question

Hello All,
I have a server 2016 RDS environment where I am using Office 365 Pro Plus.
Some users are experiencing an issue while opening or saving files stored on SharePoint online, this is due to the Office Document Cached.
By disabling the Office Document Cache everything works, I was wondering whether there is a way to disable it for all user via GPO, I could not find much on Google about it. (It is basically the tick box in the Office 2016 Upload Center -> setting -> Delete files..)
Cheers,

You can find the setting under User Configuration > Policies > Administrative Templates... > Microsoft Office 2016 > Microsoft Office Document Cache. The setting is "Delete files from Office Document Cache".
HTH!
