Hello oldpops,
I am sorry to tell, temporarily, we are not able to easily import/Export Cookies via UI in Edge. However, we can manually copy and paste the cookies as a workaround. Here is the steps for your reference.
Since the cookies folders are a system protected. Please first change the following settings:
Explorer > View> Option button > Folder Options > Views > Check ‘Do not show hidden files and folders’ and Uncheck ‘Hide protected OS files’ > Apply > OK.
Microsoft Edge saves cookies to the folder locations below:
C:\Users\..\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\INetCookies
C:\Users\..\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\!001\MicrosoftEdge\Cookies
C:\Users\..\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\!002\MicrosoftEdge\Cookies
C:\Users\..\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\MicrosoftEdge\Cookies
You can copy the cookies from other computers according to the corresponding locations.
Just a reminder, as some virus and spyware will be stored in cookies, please firstly have a scan on the folders before copying from other machines.
Thanks,
Simon Wu

I am not finding any such (import cookies) option.
You can manage cookies. To manage cookies, go to More actions > Settings, and under Advanced settings, select View advanced Settings, and then, under Privacy and services > Cookies, choose the option you want. (Block all cookies blocks all cookies that websites try to save to your computer. Block only third party cookies blocks third party cookies, which are saved by external web services, such as ads embedded on webpages you have navigated to.)

This doesn't answer how to import, only to manage existing.
Is it possible?
