I have two Linux virtual marchines in the same availability group and same subnet.
One of them is working as expected. But I have a problem with the other machine:
- I start it in Azure Portal. In Notifications list, it looks "Starting virtual machine" forever.
- If I reload the page (F5), it looks Running. But "Restart" button is disabled. In "Diagnose and solve problems", there is a new problem: "Your virtual machine is unavailable". But I have checked that the state of this Machine is "Available".
- I can acces to the machine through WinSCP and Putty. I can reboot the machine through Putty, but after that, still the same problem: cannot restart machine from Azure Portal.
What is the problem?

Could be hardware related.
Try the redeploy option in the VM blade, takes slightly longer than a restart.
