Spider Solitaire is a popular game in Windows 7. I just upgraded to Windows 10 and Spider Solitaire is nowhere to be found. I've read that it's supposed to be included in Windows 10. I've also read that MS is charging users a fee to access Spider Solitaire and other games. What's the true story? How do I access games in Windows 10?

DK1957, I'm not really into games, but my wife plays the MS Solitaire Collection quite a bit. Also I noticed that MS has a "Spider Solitaire 8" that's Free, and can be downloaded from the store (not written by MS). Just type "Spider" in the search area, and you'll see it..

That only gets you to the xbox version.

Windows10 SUCKS!!!! I am extremely disappointed that I was forced to 'upgrade' to it, I refused for months and then my computer forced me to one day. Luckily this laptop has about had it and I'll be getting a new one soon...a MAC. I am finished with Microsoft!

Really sorry I upgraded to Microsoft 10. I played spider solitaire and solitaire a lot. These free versions with all their adds are annoying! Additionally, the game is so small because of the add-ons that it is difficult to see all the cards in your stack if it is large. Oh, well, will spend time doing something more productive!

This takes me to the same crappy set of games that came installed on the new Win 10 computer. I don't like them, and now they are full of ads after a few days. Is there any way to get back the old fashioned Spider Solitaire game?

I agree, I hate spider solitaire on windows 10. It is very slow to load if you log-in to their site. I usually just cancel, then play as a guest. Sometimes now though, it won't let me even play. It will deal the cards, but then I can't move them around. It totally sucks. Microsoft really knows how to mess up things.
