I would like to enable BitLocker TPM through AD GPO to end-user machines that they are using Windows 10 pro. But it seems that the GPO that I have created has not rolled out.
Can anyone help me

Thanks for posting here.
The Group Policy settings for TPM services are located at:
Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Trusted Platform Module Services\
We could Configure the level of TPM owner authorization information available to the operating system.
