  1. Deactivate the service “Key Distribution Center”
  2. Restart Domain Controller
  3. Start a command-box as administrator and enter the following command:
  4. netdom resetpwd /Server:Servername /userd:Domain Administrator /passwordd:Password
  1. Restart Domain Controller
  2. Reset the service “Key Distribution Center” to automatic start and start

Hello Gurmeet!

What is it you are trying to access? A Windows share? Has this been working previously?

The error "The specified network name is no longer available" is usually associated with a DNS or WINS errors, if this is a share, can you access it by using the IP address?

Is this share in the same domain as the computer/server you are trying to access the share from?

Best regards,
Leon

Are you able to ping this Domain Controller (DC)?

What errors are you receiving regarding the AD replication?
