Not possible, you can try for some 3rd party tool for this.

Hi,
Have you tried the enhanced monitor configuration of Windows 10?
- With multiple monitors attached, Windows 10 will draw the taskbar across each monitor. By default, all taskbar icons are displayed on the main monitor, and the taskbar on all other monitors.
- The Taskbar is configurable in multiple displays using Taskbar Properties.
- Right-click on the Taskbar
- Select Properties
- In Taskbar tab, under Multiple Displays, make sure the Show Taskbar on all Displays check box is selected
- Click OK.

The new update, March.14.2020, adds the clock/calendar in extended display. Thank you, Microsoft! I have only been looking for this a couple of days ago, so from my perspective wow, they were blazing fast, but I see this inconvenience dated from at least four years ago.
