I inserted in a slide an audio from a file on PC.
When I try to concvert the presentation in a video, the following popup error occurs: "Some of the media in this presentation cannot be included in this video. Do you want to continue without including the media?"
I tried with both mp3 and pm4 audio format and the same error occurs.
Only if the included audio is recorded inside PowerPoint, the video + audio creation works !
How can I make to include external audio (from a mp3 file ... or other format) and still make di export video feature work?

It happened because the PowerPoint presentation was made with a previous version. You have to save the presentation into .pptm format, before exporting as a video!
Moreover, note that you have to set an audio in background you can do:
- Click the audio clip in the slide.
- Under Audio Tools > Click Playback > in the Audio Styles group > click Play in Background
