I completed a restore to my primary site. I use a another server (site system site) to handle my imaging as far a pxe. Every since the restore of the primary site I get the following blue screen when trying to pxe machine.
Your PC needs to be repaired,
The windows boot configuration data (BCD) file from the PXE server does not contain a valid OS entry.
File:\tmp\x86{10eb2dc6-bce4-4dbf-b8d9-2a63f2950285].bcd
error code 0x0000098
I have tried the following:
I redistributed the boot packages both x64 and x86, I uninstalled reinstalled pxe and rebooted the server. I have also check the dhcp 66 and 67 options to make sure setting are correct. Please let me know if you have seen this. Thanks.

I am more of an expert on WDS itself than using SCCM to PXE boot, but I will see what I can do here. It sounds like you have everything setup, but I saw this as a fix listed for your error specifically in another forum. Try the fix at this link: http://gerryhampsoncm.blogspot.ie/2013/02/sccm-2012-task-sequence-fails-with-bcd.html
Let me know if that works for you, if not I will see what else I can come up with.

I actually tried this I actually found your article in a search. The one thing I noticed it that it didn't reinstalled WDS. It saw it as already installed so it just skipped the reinstall. Is the reinstall of WDS a big deal? Thanks.

Did you run across this one:
Hate to just send you to other forums, but again I am not an SCCM expert so I don't know what sort of extra steps you might need to make that work.
In the past I ran into a similar issue with WDS and it had to do with my DHCP settings and IP helpers assigned to the VLANs. I don't recall it being the same error, so I am not sure if that would help or not.
Digging into WDS more specifically, you could try this fix from 2007 for the same error:

In the past when out PXE has stopped I have found it best to demote it in SCCM first and let it uninstall the role, then manually remove WDS service form the server and reboot it, then tell SCCM to enable PXE again and let it install everything
I have done it a few times with out taking WDS off first and its failed a few times, so now I do that every time
