Question

How in the world can I connect a Non-Domain NAS to a Domain PC running Windows 10 Enterprise 64-Bit.
First attempt it neither showed up on PC or on my Phone (Android 8 Custom Rom). Second attempt, the day after it worked and showed up on my Phone, but on my PC it only shows up, but it doesnt work. When I try to connect it just prompts with Username and Password but it doesnt matter if enter PC Username and Password or NAS Username or Password. Changing Domain by writing domain\username in username field does not work either. Tried with both PC Name and NAS Name. It wont let me access.
Anyone got a clue of whats going on?

Try the NAS IP as the domain, so as an example;
192.168.23.23\Username

Hi Isak,
You can reach the NAS by opening "Run" and typing \[NAS IP ADDRESS]\
This should open all the shares for the NAS.
Is the NAS even domain connected? Is it using AD authentication?
If it is not, then writing domain\username will never work and you must use the NAS credentials to login.
Also, the NAS should have users and groups settings.
If you created a new user please make sure that you assign the proper access permissions or again the access will fail.
Even if you are using the correct credentials, if you don't set the access permission you will not be able to login.

Try to visit NAS via IP address from File Explorer.
If is ask for credential, use the following format:
Username: NAS IP\ NAS Username
Password: NAS password
Good luck
