Hey,
Restricted Read : This permission level can actually View Items, Open Items,View Pages,Open. For publishing sites only.
Read : This permission level can have Limited Access permissions, can View Items,can Open Items,View Versions,can Create Alerts,Can use Self-Service Site Creation,can View Pages.
Limited Acess : This permission level can have View Application Pages,Browse User Information,Use Remote Interfaces,can Use Client Integration Features
You can get this information from your site permission level also
Go to Site Actions -> Site permission ->click on any permission level(you want info abt).Detailed information is also given their.
