Fatal Win32 Error : 8440

I recently migrated my Windows 2012 R2 Server

From "ServerT" to "mserver"

and getting the below error.

C:\Windows\system32>repdmin /syncall  /aped
CALLBACK MESSAGE: Error contacting server CN=NTDS Settings,CN=SERVERT,CN=Servers
,CN=Default-First-Site-Name,CN=Sites,CN=Configuration,DC=alasri,DC=dxb (network
error): 1722 (0x6ba):
    The RPC server is unavailable.
Q to quit, any other key to continue.

Please try to reset the secure channel.And you could check this similar thread for your reference:
