mmc missing

Hi, I tried to install RSAT for Win10 in my laptop but after the reboot, i wasn't able to access mmc anymore, I mean, whenever I type in mmc on run, it just shows me dfs management but I tried it on another Win 10 machine which I haven't installed mmc, it is still showing up. 

How do I access it again?

I think i got it. After the installation of RSAT, for some reason might be a bug on the OS. If you type in mmc as soon as you click on the start icon or charm, it doesn't show automatically mmc but if you select run > mmc, then it will open.
