OSD RegQueryValueExW is unsuccessful for Software\Microsoft\SMS\Task Sequence

Good day,

When running the OSD after selecting the TS that will be used, the Checking dependencies step runs and then the PC reboots. From the SMSTS log i get the "RegQueryValueExW is unsuccessful for Software\Microsoft\SMS\Task Sequence, SMSTSEndProgram" entry, but don't know what to do to resolve. The failed step is below... any help is much appreciated.

Yes Sir.. It ended up being that the Task Sequence was corrupted and I had to create a new TS from scratch..

Update: I tried creating a new SCCM-NAA account in case of account issue and I also tried to "Allow clients to connect anonymously" from a post https://enterinit.com/sccm-osd-task-seqence-has-failed-with-the-error-code-0x80070002/

No luck...
