Hi,
Office 365 is not designed to work with Office 2007 because Office 2007 left mainstream support on October 12, 2012. For more information about it, please refer to:
Therefore, please follow the articles below to import PST file in Outlook:
(1) Set up the Office 365 email account on the Outlook client with Exchange connection mode.
http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/support/set-up-email-in-outlook-2010-or-outlook-2013-HA102823161.aspx
(2) Import items from an Outlook Data File (.pst)
http://office.microsoft.com/en-in/outlook-help/import-outlook-items-from-an-outlook-data-file-pst-HA102505743.aspx?CTT=5&origin=HA103169067
Additionally, Connected accounts feature on Office 365 is used to import and synchronize email with other accounts, such as Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo! Mail accounts. This lets you send, receive, and read email all on Office 365. It is achieved in OWA instead of Outlook. If you want to know more about it, we can also ask a question in Office 365 forum for more suggestions:

Hi,
If you want to import messages from Outlook 2007 to Office 365, we can export the messages to PST file in Outlook 2007 then import it to Office 365 by using Import and Export Wizard in Outlook. Please following these steps:
1. Open Outlook 2007. Click File > Import and Export.
2. In the Import and Export Wizard, click Export to a file, and then click Next.
3. Click Personal Folders File (.pst), then click Next.
4. Select the folder you want to export, check Include Subfolders. We can also use Filter to pick out specific mails. Then click Next.
5. Click Browse to select the exported file location, check the Options you need and click Finish.
Please copy the exported .pst file to the client which is running office 365. Then follow the article below to import the Outlook items from the PST file:
Hope it helps.

Hi,
Do you mean you want to upload the PST file from Internet Explore to Office 365 mailbox account? The Outlook Web App doesn't support Import and Export feature for the mailbox. I suggest we can configure your Office 365 account in Outlook 2010 or Outlook 2013, then import the backup PST file from Outlook client to the mailbox as a workaround.
Hope it helps.
Thanks,

Hi There,
To import Outlook 2007 PST to Office 365 account can easily be done with the help of Microsoft Office 365 Import PST Tool that can migrate any Outlook data including emails, contacts, calendar and other data items to Office 365 account.
Moreover, you can try the manual method that includes Azure Azcopy or drive shipping or network upload. But these methods are quite tough and not understandable to many users.
We would recommend you to use Office365Import PST tool and import Outlook 2007 emails to Office 365 account.
Thanks & Regards,
Kelvin Howard

Use the MailsDaddy PST to Office 365 Migration Tool for converting the MS Outlook 2007 mail into o365 cloud mailbox. This software support all the Windows (such as Windows 10, 8.1, 8, and 7 etc.) or Outlook versions (including all latest or oldest versions). While you are using the application you don’t need any Azure or PowerShell command.
