Compressed (zipped) folders error. Cannot be compressed because it includes characters that cannot be used in the compressed folder

Hi,

Japan users receive the below error. Microsoft Windows 10 Enterprise Operating system installed along with Japanese language pack (ja-jp, 1041)

the file name contains é. Above error occurs when compressing. Please help to solve the issue.

I can not reproduce this on Windows 10 1909 german.
I create a file named "é.txt", right-click - "Send To" - "Compressed (zipped) folder"
and a file named "é.zip" containing the file "é.txt" was created.

But perhaps you need to install a different language, see:
Windows 10 - cannot compressed folders/files that contain hebrew characters in their name

My computer is Windows 10 1809 and i am able to compress it. Japan computer is with Windows 10 1703.

then they could either try to add the english language, or use a different packer (f.e. 7-zip).
