We need the device to automatically connect over cellular connection.
When I first boot up the laptop, AT&T (4G) is disconnected. I test the connect my manually connecting, and it works.
I have to disconnect and then select "Let Windows Keep me connected". The device connects successfully.
I then reboot the device to test if it will reconnect. It will now jump between Disconnected and No Service.
I have check the APN, tried adjusting some of the Cellular Settings (always connect to cellular is on), and a few registry edits.
If I uncheck "Let Windows Keep me connected" and reboot, it goes back to the beginning of this process.
What can I do to get Windows to automatically connect to the cellular?
Windows 10 LTSC 1089, OS build 17763.864
Dell Latitude 7404 Rugged

Hi,
If you select the Network icon (Wi‑Fi icon or Ethernet icon) in the taskbar and the Cellular quick action is turned off, select it to turn it on. When it's off, the cellular radio is turned off, and you can't connect to a cellular network.
Have you turn the Cellular quick action on? If not, turn it on and try again to see if it works.

Would you please clarify your operation more cleary? Post some processes will help a lot.
