Hi,
I have a service account mailbox which does not require receiving non delivery report. This mailbox is not monitored but used for sending certain reports to users. My problem is, after few days the mailbox become full with non delivery reports due to some email address issues of users.
How can I disable non delivery reports just for this mailbox? I could not find any option in the mailbox properties.
I am using Exchange 2010 SP1.
Thanks for your support

Your AV/AS service should be able to block these.
For example in EOP:

Hi Victor,
That solution would not work. It said to use the outlook rule. In my case, it is not an outlook client to use outlook. Any other workaround possible?
Thanks

Hi,
Per my known, I'm afraid there is no way to disable NDR only for one user from Exchange side.
Best regards,

I have not tried this but you can easily test.
Go to the account and select properties. Go to Mail Flow Settings.
Then select Message Delivery Restrictions and click on properties.
Under Accept messages from click on Only senders in the following list. Then leave it blank.
Let us know.
