But I can't connect to them because I don't have a password for them. When I see them on the list I have a lot of trouble keeping my regular connection and it is very frustrating. I would like to delete them.
This is the suggested fix I was given to try on another Microsoft help site.
Follow the steps below to delete, remove or forget Wireless Network Profile.
- Press Win+I to open the Settings app.
- Select Network & Internet.
- Click Wi-Fi in the left panel.
- Click Manage Wi-Fi Settings.
- In the window which opens, you will see two settings – Wi-Fi and Manage known networks.
- Under Manage known networks, select the network, and you will see two options, which is Share and Forget.
- Click Forget. This will delete the Wireless Network’s profile and connection details.
Let us know how it goes.
This is my response:
Didn't work. There was no command of Share or Forget. Just a bunch of turn on, turn off selections that made no difference either. I just went to my settings w/o doing the WIN I...that didn't do anything. I didn't know where to type it anyway. My OS is Windows 10 Home v 1607. Any other suggestions?

Hi,
Please refer to this link below for detailed steps to delete unnecessary network profile.
How to Delete a Wireless Network Profile in Windows 10

If you’ve tried above method and it still did not make the removal permanent, perhaps deleting the relevant registry key will resolve it. Network information can be found under this registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles.
The right pane contains the details, e.g. ProfileName is the Network Name (SSID).
Good luck
