Hi,I have noticed that in my roaming Profile under W10 I find the Favourites in IE as expected, but Fafourites in Edge are not synched in the Profile and so I would have to maintain These on each seperate machine.
Any idea why this happens?
Regards Stefan

Hi Stefan,
Based on what I know, Microsoft Edge stores its Favorites in the AppData\Local folder,
C:\Users\User name\AppData\Local
This folder (%localappdata%) contains data that can't move with your user profile. This data is typically specific to a PC or too large to sync with a server. For example, web browsers usually store their temporary files here.
Reference: What is the AppData folder?
For the workaround, we may consider import the Favorites from Internet Explorer.
Import favorites in Microsoft Edge

If that's true, it would be really a bad design to store favorites there... ok. thanks. will Import it a second time... ver uncompftable if you add or remove something from the favorites.... :-(
btw:
I have another issue with excluding Folders from roaming Profile since W10 (worked fine with W7).
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backup
This is where iTunes by Default stores the backup files of it's devices. so I have about 20GB there.
Somehow W10 ignores my GPO Setting I used in W7 to NOT include this Folder in the roaming Profile.
Regards Stefan

Hello biries72,
For another issue, we'd better startup a new thread.
Thank you for your understanding.
