Hi,
I've been trying to use the storage spaces feature on windows 10 but whenever I try to create a pool I get the following message.
"No drives that work with Storage Space are available. Make sure that the drives you want to use are connected."
(I have two drives in my computer.)
All help is appreciated.

Hi Afolabi Missa,
Thanks for your post.
If there are no suitable drives available, the "No drives that work with Storage Spaces are available. Make sure that the drives you want to use are connected." message is displayed instead. Make sure you have connected hard disk drives or SSD-s, not USB flash disks or memory cards.
Please also run Get-PhysicalDisk cmdlet to check if it shows all drives.
You could follow the articles below to manage storage space in window 10

Dear Mary, all,
I know this thread is very, very old. However, I don't get why Storage spaces does not work with USB drives or SD cards. This is not what Microsoft says in its article on windows-10-storage-spaces (can't post links, sorry).
Best,
José
