Surve List Setting Error:Cannot change item-level permissions because this list or document

Hi I am geeting error,when trying to edit advance setting in surve list setting.

when i chosse below fildes on

Item-level Permissions

Kindly check below screeshot.

Server Error in '/' Application.

Cannot change item-level permissions because this list or document library contains a column that enforces unique values

Here I can do change sin web.config for geting exact error,Kindly let me know how i will resolve thiss isue.
