sorry to drop in here , you have replied to one of my query on the thread link below.
please could you share me a sample query on how you achieved this collection creation. it would be of great help if you reply to this query.
we have the peer cache in place and that's basically applied to all machines which do not have a local DP assigned, so as a proactive measure we are trying to create a device collection which consists of machines not patched over the last 2 - 3 months. Then set peer cache and BITS throttling in place

Agree with you Akshay
However all of them will have same flight checks !?, hence it helps to know what check/for which it failed on , so we can fix them

Hi Vasu Miriyala,
Error code 0x800704c7 usually occurs when your computer is unstable and critical system files fails to respond or missed, or the anti-virus program is prevent Windows from installing the updates.
You can try to run the "System Update Readiness Tool", which can also fix some Windows corruption errors.
If you have an anti-virus software installed on your Windows 10, ensure to disable it temporarily prior to the upgrade.
Best regard,
Sylvia

The error code was 0x800704C7, 0x50015
Migration phase failed.
Start with:
a) Uninstalling Symantec Endpoint Protection with the applicable uninstall tool:
https://knowledge.broadcom.com/external/article/156148/uninstall-symantec-endpoint-protection.html
b) Place the computer in clean boot:
c) Perform an upgrade
d) If the upgrade fails > run setupdiag > post a share link into the thread
/en-us/windows/deployment/upgrade/setupdiag
Post info about the Lenovo model > and a link for Lenovo support displaying drivers/bios
.
.
To evaluate the computer environment please post logs for troubleshooting.
Using administrative command prompt copy and paste this whole command.
Make sure the default language is English so that the logs can be scanned and read.
Choose the applicable link for the operating system:
https://www.tenforums.com/tutorials/3813-language-add-remove-change-windows-10-a.html
https://www.eightforums.com/threads/language-add-or-remove-in-windows-8.5849/
https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/87317-display-language-change.html
The command will automatically collect the computer files and place them on the desktop.
Then use 7zip to organize the files and one drive, drop box, or google drive to place share links into the thread for troubleshooting.
This command will automatically collect these files: msinfo32, mini dumps, drivers, hosts, install, uninstall, services, startup, event viewer files, etc.
Open administrative command prompt and copy and paste the whole command:
copy %SystemRoot%\minidump\.dmp "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\&dxdiag /t %Temp%\dxdiag.txt© %Temp%\dxdiag.txt "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\SFdebugFiles\&type %SystemRoot%\System32\drivers\etc\hosts >> "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\hosts.txt"&systeminfo > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\systeminfo.txt"&driverquery /v > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\drivers.txt" &msinfo32 /nfo "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\msinfo32.nfo"&wevtutil qe System /f:text > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\eventlog.txt"® export HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\uninstall.txt"® export "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Active Setup\Installed Components" "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\installed.txt"&net start > "%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\services.txt"&REM wmic startup list full /format:htable >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.html"&wmic STARTUP GET Caption, Command, User >"%USERPROFILE%\Desktop\startup.txt"
There is on file for you to find manually:
b) dxdiag:
In the left lower corner search type: dxdiag > When the DirectX Diagnostic Tool opens click on the next page button so that each tab is opened > click on save all information > save to desktop > post one drive or drop box share link into the thread
