Outlook Presence Mode is showing "Presence unknown" after upgrading to Teams from Cisco Jabber

Hi, We have recently moved to Microsoft Teams from Cisco Jabber. After moving teams noticed presence is showing as unknown in outlook. i have checked DeafultIM in registry and registry values ,default IM application in windows settings etc 

Please suggest

Hi Shamshad KP,

Do you uninstall the Cisco Jabber?

It recommends you edit keys as below in Registry:

If no luck, you can contact the Cisco Technical Assistance Center for further help.

Hi Sharon,

I have already tried the suggested steps and did not help. But if i change registry to [..... PersonaMenu] "Enabled"=dword:00000000 i am getting the status replicated to outlook from teams however i am missing status presence round icon from outlook.

Let me know if you any suggestion

Hi Shamshad KP,

You can check if this option “Display online status next to name” is selected. It should be selected in order to show the presence icon.
